Is there a free plan?+

Yes. Free is $0, no credit card, and includes Atlas across Agents, Nucleus, and Studio with daily limits. Plus is $20/month and is what most people land on once they have tried it.

What does $20/month actually replace?+

ChatGPT Plus ($20) + Claude Pro ($20) + Cursor Pro ($20) + a Midjourney or Veo sub (~$20) — roughly $80/month for four locked-in tools, replaced by one Terramind Plus bill with broader coverage, every modality, and memory that follows you across products.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

What is the difference between the plans?+

Free covers the basics. Plus is the answer for most individuals. Family adds up to five seats on one bill. Pro adds heavier limits and priority. Team and Business add shared workspace, admin, SSO, and audit. Enterprise covers procurement and custom contracts.

Does pricing scale per token like the OpenAI or Anthropic APIs?+

No. Plus is a flat $20 with no per-token markup on the catalog. Bring your own Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription if you want — Nucleus will run Claude Code and Codex on those subsidies at no extra cost.
