Yes, for now. Nucleus and Spaces are built for Apple silicon Macs, and there are no Windows or Linux builds yet.
How do I install it?
Open the downloaded file and drag the apps to Applications. They tell you when an update is ready.
What does it cost?
Free to start, and one subscription covers both apps. Agents on your own subscriptions bill to those, not to your credits.
